“SKY Castle” Cast And Crew Reportedly Planning Reunion To Celebrate Drama’s 1-Year Anniversary
The cast members of JTBC’s hit drama “SKY Castle” are set to gather to celebrate the one year anniversary of the show’s beginnings.
According to exclusive reporting from Star News, the cast and crew are planning on holding a reunion on November 23, exactly one year after the show’s premiere. They are said to be working on scheduling with the main cast including Yum Jung Ah, Kim Seo Hyung, Jung Joon Ho, Lee Tae Ran, Choi Won Young, Yoon Se Ah, Kim Byung Chul, Jo Jae Yoon, and Oh Na Ra so everyone can attend.
Star News quoted a source from an agency of one of the actors who said, “From what we’ve heard, everyone will be having dinner together to celebrate the one year anniversary. The director, cast, and staff will be in attendance.” Another source from the drama said, “The producing director (PD) is currently checking to see how many people can attend. Only the date has been set with no details confirmed yet.”
“SKY Castle” aired from November 23, 2018 to February 1, 2019 and was a drama that dealt with the darker side of education in the upper echelons of society. Though the drama had humble beginnings, with viewership ratings coming in at 1.7 percent for the first episode, it became a hit and peaked at 23.8 percent in ratings.
