Update: Lee Yi Kyung Cast In Upcoming tvN Drama

On November 18, HB Entertainment confirmed that Lee Yi Kyung will appear in tvN’s upcoming short drama “Wife’s Bed” (literal translation). The drama will premiere on November 30.
Lee Yi Kyung may have found his next project!
According to several industry sources, Lee Yi Kyung has been cast as the male lead of tvN’s upcoming drama “Wife’s Bed.” It is a one-act drama that is part of tvN’s series “Drama Stage 2020.”
“Wife’s Bed” is reported to be a black comedy that tells the story of people who lost their loved ones and overcome sadness in their own ways. Lee Yi Kyung has reportedly taken on the role of Shim Jung Woo whose wife died in a car accident on their wedding day. Shim Jung Woo lives an aimless life for a year following his wife’s death, and he ends up moving into the home of his wife’s family.
Lee Yi Kyung starred in MBC’s “Partners for Justice 2” last year, and the actor is currently appearing in XtvN’s “Player.”
“Drama Stage” is coming back with its third season this year, and the upcoming season plans to present a total of 10 dramas. “Wife’s Bed” is scheduled to air sometime in December.
