MBC Addresses Filming Plans For "2020 Idol Star Athletics Championships"
“Idol Star Athletics Championships” (“ISAC”) is gearing up for its return in 2020!
On November 13, it was reported that most events of the 2020 Lunar New Year special will be filmed on December 16 at a gymnasium in Incheon. The eSports event will reportedly be filmed in January.
According to the report, filming is scheduled to be in December rather than January like previous years because the Lunar New Year falls early next year on January 25.
In response to the reports, MBC commented, “We are planning for MBC’s ‘ISAC’ to be filmed in mid-December, but nothing has been confirmed yet.”
