Points To Look Out For As

MBC’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Extraordinary You” is coming to a close this week!

Ahead of the drama’s finale, the production staff revealed three points to look out for in the remaining four episodes.

The fate of Eun Dan Oh

In episode 28, Eun Dan Oh (played by Kim Hye Yoon) was unable to remember her past with Ha Roo (played by SF9’s Rowoon), shocking viewers. Attention is focused on how their relationship will change following the loss of Eun Dan Oh’s self-awareness, and if Eun Dan Oh will be able to regain her memories and come back just as Ha Roo once did. Will she will be able to lead her own life and continue her fate-escaping romance?

Fighting against fate vs. accepting fate

As the story progresses, Yeo Joo Da (APRIL‘s Naeun) joined Eun Dan Oh, Ha Roo, Baek Kyung (Lee Jae Wook), and Do Hwa (Jung Gun Joo) in finding her self-awareness, adding to the excitement and tension of the drama. As the lead female character of a romance manhwa who was constantly picked on, Joo Da showed a different side of herself after this awakening. Will she accept the story in the manhwa and dream of a happy ending with Oh Nam Joo (Kim Young Dae), or will she act against her fate?

Parallel worlds and the ultimate ending

It was previously revealed that Eun Dan Oh, Ha Roo, and Baek Kyung were characters that also existed in the author’s previous work called “Trumpet Flower.” After learning that Eun Dan Oh is killed off in “Trumpet Flower,” both Ha Roo and Baek Kyung struggled to save her in order to prevent the tragedy from recurring. Viewers are curious to know if Eun Dan Oh, who died in Shadow, will become the main character of a tragic ending or have a happy ending after find her own life.

“Extraordinary You” will air its final episodes this week with episodes 29 and 30 on November 20 and episodes 31 and 32 on November 21.
