NU'EST's Minhyun Gets Honest About Whether He'd Date Publicly

On the latest episode of MBC’s “The Manager,” NU’EST’s Minhyun opened up about his personal stance on public relationships.

Minhyun appeared as a special MC on the December 14 broadcast of the popular reality show, where Yang Se Hyung took the opportunity to ask him a question about dating.

“Even though you’re not dating now,” the comedian said, “you’re going to date eventually, right?” Minhyun agreed, and Yang Se Hyung went on, “Would you be interested in dating publicly?”

After a moment of thought, Minhyun replied, “I’d never thought about it before, but I don’t want to. If [a future relationship] somehow ends up becoming public, I guess there’s nothing to be done, but I’d rather not date publicly.”

When the MCs asked for his reasons, Minhyun began to explain, “I think it’d be difficult in many ways.”

All of a sudden, Jun Hyun Moo, who recently went public with his relationship with girlfriend Lee Hye Sung, exclaimed with a laugh, “Why do you keep looking at me while talking?” MInhyun then cracked everyone up by asking him straightforwardly, “What was it like for you, hyung?”
