Ailee talked about her newest release on a radio show!

On December 16, Ailee featured as a guest on KBS CoolFM’s “Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show.”

During the radio broadcast, Ailee touched upon her current activities, bringing up her tour in Korea and picking the first concert in Incheon as one of the most memorable shows. Park Myung Soo also continued to compliment her singing skills, even asking to collaborate on a song together.

When talking about her income, Ailee brought up her three dogs. She shared, “Currently, I have three dogs. I have Cookie, Somi, and Kanu, and I’m feeding them well with organic food. I [earn enough] to raise about three to ten dogs. Of course, I don’t have plans to own more.” Ailee also added that her parents live in Virginia, United States, and said, “I leave my money with my mother, and I take some out when I need it.”

Ailee also shared her thoughts on being called Korea’s Beyoncé. She said, “I feel good when I hear ‘Korea’s Beyoncé.’ I think it’s a really nice compliment. However, I want to walk my own path, but since I hear ‘Korea’s Beyoncé’ wherever I go, I feel as if I’m living in someone’s shadows.”

Finally, Ailee talked about her new song “Sweater.” She shared, “There are lonely people amidst the happy year-end vibes. I expressed the feelings of those people. It’s a song about longing for someone you love.”
