JYP Entertainment Files Legal Complaints Against Violations Of GOT7's Personal Rights

JYP Entertainment has shared an update on legal action in protection of GOT7.

On December 20, the agency posted the following statement:

Hello, this is JYPE.

We previously announced plans to take all possible legal measures without leniency regarding all actions that are defamatory or harm the image and character of our artists.

Based on our own monitoring and reports from fans, we verified the evidence and have completed the filing of legal complaints.

More accurate and definite action was made possible thanks to the reports sent by fans.

We once again express sincere gratitude, and we ask that fans continue to send in reports. (fan@jype.com)

We will not ignore the shameless illegal acts that violate the artists’ personal rights, and we will continue to take action based on civil and criminal laws without leniency regarding acts that hinder our artists from carrying out healthy activities.
