“The Return Of Superman” Ratings Rise For 2nd Week In A Row Despite Change In Air Time

The Return of Superman” is flourishing in its new time slot!

Earlier this month, the popular KBS 2TV reality show moved to Sundays at 9:15 p.m. KST in order to accommodate the return of “2 Days & 1 Night,” which began airing its fourth season on December 8. Three weeks later, the program is already showing signs of growth within its new time slot, despite facing stiff competition from SBS’s ratings juggernaut “My Ugly Duckling.”

According to Nielsen Korea, the December 22 episode of “The Return of Superman” scored average viewership ratings of 10.9 percent and 12.9 percent for its two parts. Not only did the show enjoy a rise in its viewership since last week’s episode, but the broadcast also marked the second consecutive week that “The Return of Superman” has seen an increase in its ratings.

The latest episode of the show featured JamJam’s mother Soyul reuniting with her fellow Crayon Pop members, as well as Sam Hammington traveling to Dubai with his sons William and Bentley.
