Watch: Lee Sang Yoon Jokes About How Jang Nara And Pyo Ye Jin's Close Friendship Makes Him Feel

A new making-of video has been released for “VIP”!

On December 22, SBS gave viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the actors on set.

The clip begins with Jang Nara and Pyo Ye Jin rehearsing together. While reviewing the script, Jang Nara playfully pretends to slap Pyo Ye Jin’s unbelievably stubborn character. Pyo Ye Jin chuckles at her reaction and says her line, “It’s not an excuse, but that’s why I did that” in a cute, bright tone, and Jang Nara jokes, “You’re right. It’s not an excuse.”

Later, Lee Sang Yoon appears to film the scene where he has to decide if he will choose to shield Jang Nara or Pyo Ye Jin in the rain. During break time, he looks genuinely confused as he asks himself, “Will I have to go to Jung Sun [Jang Nara]? No. Yoo Ri [Pyo Ye Jin] is waiting for me.”

Lee Sang Yoon approaches Jang Nara and Pyo Ye Jin for an interview and asks them about the current situation. Jang Nara jokes that they became stuck on the rooftop because his character Park Sung Joon locked them out. Lee Sang Yoon asks, “You know you shouldn’t lie, right? The whole country is watching this.”

Next, Lee Sang Yoon gives a brief summary of the plot, saying, “The truth is, my secret woman is Yoo Ri. Jung Sun also realized that Yoo Ri is my other woman. Those two have crossed a line that shouldn’t be crossed. However, in reality… the two are this close!” He then turns the camera to Jang Nara and Pyo Ye Jin who are sitting closely next to each other.

Lee Sang Yoon jokes, “Sometimes, they make me uncomfortable when I’m acting. These two should be out to get each other, but they’re always holding hands! How do you think I feel when I see them like this? Even when I’m trying to immerse myself into my role, I look at them and wonder, ‘Why are they like that?’ I wish all of you can see that this is a great but rough filming set.”
