"Ask Us Anything" Celebrates Best Guests And Moments From 2019

JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything” had a year-end closing ceremony to honor their best guests, best moments, and best members from the past year.

Jo Jung Suk and Girls’ Generation’s YoonA were given the Dda Dda Dda Award for their entertaining guest appearance on the show as well as the success of their film “E.X.I.T.” “Dda Dda Dda” is a famous line from the movie, and the name of the award is also a play on words, as “dda” in Korean means “to get.”

Celeb Five won the Award From The Heavens for bringing the most laughter to the show.

The Watched A Lot Award was given to the guests who achieved the highest viewership ratings with their appearances, and the winners were Oh Na Ra and Kim Seo Hyung. Oh Na Ra appeared on the show once again to receive the award.

The episode revisited some of the best moments from the show this year, which included the hilarious Shouting in the Silence matches between TWICE’s Dahyun and Park Jin Young and between EXO’s Baekhyun and Kai.

Each “Ask Us Anything” member was given an award as well. Kang Ho Dong received the Acting Daesang, Lee Soo Geun got the Charity Daesang, Min Kyung Hoon took the Explosion Award, and Jang Sung Kyu and Super Junior’s Shindong received the Friendship Award. Kim Young Chul and Kang Ho Dong were up against each other for the Good Job Award, which was based on votes by the members themselves. The votes were opened on the spot, and when Kim Young Chul received a vote, he burst into tears and surprised everyone on set. A second vote went to Kim Young Chul, making the cast cry along with him, but the award ultimately went to Kang Ho Dong.
