VERIVERY’s agency Jellyfish Entertainment released a statement sharing an update on Minchan’s condition following his minor head injury the day before.

The statement is below:

Hello.
This is Jellyfish Entertainment.

In regard to Minchan’s injury that we informed you about yesterday (January 13), we are writing to fans again to let you know about his current situation and future activities.

Currently, Minchan has finished receiving treatment and a thorough examination at the hospital, and he is resting at the dorm so that he can recover.

It is the medical team’s opinion that in order for him to quickly recover, he requires sufficient rest and stability and he needs to restrict excessive movement. Jellyfish prioritizes his quick recovery first and foremost, and so we have decided that Minchan will not be taking part in VERIVERY’s schedule this week, starting tomorrow (January 15).

A decision will be made about Minchan’s participation in their following schedule after considering the progress of his recovery and his health. We will let you know as soon as there is any news about Minchan’s resumption of activities or changes to the future schedule.

We once again apologize to fans for causing concern, and we will do our best so that Minchan can quickly recover and meet the fans in a healthy state soon.

Today in the morning, VERIVERY’s Minchan fell and hit his head, so he urgently visited the hospital to receive treatment and examinations.

The test results revealed minor bruising, and he is currently resting at the dorm in order to return to his normal state.
