"Produce X 101" Vocal Trainer Lee Seok Hoon Shares Thoughts On X1's Disbandment

Lee Seok Hoon, who was a vocal trainer on Mnet’s “Produce X 101,” talked about his reaction to X1’s recent disbandment.

Lee Seok Hoon sat down for an interview in Seoul recently with Hankook Ilbo about the musical “The Man who Laughs,” in which he plays the role of Gwynplaine. Lee Seok Hoon has appeared on shows recently including “Produce X 101,” Channel A’s “Vocal Play,” and Olive’s “Idol Social Dining.” The SG Wannabe member also won six times on “The King of Mask Singer.”

As a trainer on “Produce X 101,” Lee Seok Hoon was asked to share his thoughts about X1’s disbandment.

“I think it’s such a shame,” he said. “There’s nothing I could do to help, so all I could do was watch. Still, I was angry over how it really didn’t seem right. A person isn’t an adult just because they’re old.”

After the producers of “Produce X 101” admitted to vote manipulation, the project group X1 disbanded on January 6.
