"The Game: Towards Zero" Premiere Ratings Give Boost To MBC + "Woman Of 9.9 Billion" Holds On To Top Spot
MBC’s “The Game: Towards Zero” has premiered to better ratings than its predecessor.
“The Game: Towards Zero” made its premiere on January 22 at 9 p.m. KST. In terms of average nationwide ratings, Episode 1 recorded 2.7 percent and Episode 2 recorded 3.8 percent. This is an increase from the finale ratings of its predecessor in the same time slot, “Love with Flaws” (2.3 and 2.9 percent).
The second half of the premiere also recorded ratings of 4.2 percent in the metropolitan area, with the highest-viewed moment in the episode recording ratings of 6.2 percent.
Airing an hour later, KBS’s “Woman of 9.9 Billion” continued to hold on to its lead at the top of its time slot with ratings of 8.6 and 9.2 percent. SBS, which airs the variety show “Because I Want to Talk” in this time slot, recorded ratings of 4.0 and 4.2 percent.
