Yoon Hyun Min And Hwang Jung Eum In Talks For New KBS Romantic Comedy
On February 19, it was reported that Yoon Hyun Min and Hwang Jung Eum were cast as the leads of KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “To All the Guys Who Loved Me.”
In response to the reports, her agency CJes Entertainment said, “Hwang Jung Eum is positively considering her appearance in ‘To All the Guys Who Loved Me.'” Yoon Hyun Min’s agency DAIN Entertainment also stated, “We’re only at the stage of reviewing the offer for him to take the role. Nothing has been confirmed.”
This romantic comedy is about a woman who chooses to remain single after getting hurt from past relationships and a man who wants to change his relationship with this woman through love. The story will combine the theme of a past life with realistic topics such as marriage and remaining single.
Yoon Hyun Min has been offered to play Hwang Ji Woo, the CEO of a pharmaceutical company. Because he doesn’t smile and appears aloof, he’s been described as someone that’s been hard to read since he was young. Hwang Ji Woo is a character with a special secret and the ability to travel to his past life.
Hwang Jung Eum is in talks to portray Seo Hyun Joo, the team manager of a webtoon. She’s meticulous when it comes to her job, and the writers who work with her have achieved No. 1 thanks to her hard work. As much as people want to avoid her because of her attention to detail, they inevitably seek her out for her work. Despite her charms, she’s had bad luck in the romance department and has chosen to remain single.
The actress has appeared in many dramas including “High Kick Through the Roof,” “Giant,” “Listen to My Heart,” “Golden Time,” “Full House Take 2,” “Incarnation of Money,” “Secret Love,” “Endless Love,” “Kill Me Heal Me,” “She Was Pretty,” “Lucky Romance,” and “The Undateables.”
Yoon Hyun Min has been busy with various projects. The former professional baseball player debuted as an actor in 2012 through the SBS drama “Still You.” Since then, he has appeared in many dramas including “Heartless City,” “Inspiring Generation,” “A Witch’s Romance,” “Discovery of Love,” “Falling for Innocence,” “My Daughter, Geum Sa Wol,” “A Beautiful Mind,” “Tunnel,” “Witch’s Court,” and “Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter.”
