Star Crew Entertainment To Take Legal Action On Behalf of Ha Sung Woon Against Malicious Commenters

Star Crew Entertainment has announced that they will be taking strong legal action on behalf of Ha Sung Woon against malicious commenters.

On March 6, the agency shared their official statement through Ha Sung Woon’s social media accounts, and their announcement reads as follows:

Hello. This is Star Crew Entertainment.

First, we wish to express our gratitude to the fans who always send Ha Sung Woon so much love and support.

Through online communities, social media, and our company e-mail, we have been continuously monitoring malicious acts against our artist Ha Sung Woon such as the spreading of false information, malicious comments, defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, and invasions of personal privacy.

Though we have not been pursuing legal action up till now in accordance with our artist’s wishes, we believe that we can no longer sit by and have made the decision to take strong legal action for the safety of our artist and his fans.

Our agency is currently in the process of taking legal action through our legal representative Shinwon against malicious posts about our artist.

We will continue to take strong legal action with no leniency against all acts that damage our artist’s honor and character.

Ha Sung Woon made his debut in 2014 as a member of HOTSHOT. In 2017, he appeared in Mnet’s “Produce 101 Season 2” and joined the final lineup to become a member of project group Wanna One. Since Wanna One’s activities wrapped up in early 2019, he has been focusing on solo activities.
