Watch: VICTON Brings A Musical To Life In "Immortal Songs" Performance Of "Romeo And Juliet"

On the March 14 episode of KBS’s “Immortal Songs,” a group of singers competed against each other in performing Shin Seung Hoon’s songs.

Performers this week included Forestella, VICTON, Jung Young Joo, MONNI, Lee Seok Hoon, and gugudan’s Kim Sejeong.

VICTON performed second this week with a cover of Shin Seung Hoon’s “Romeo and Juliet,” which was the first time that the legendary ballad singer had released a dance song. This was VICTON’s first appearance on the show and the members shared how they couldn’t believe they were coming on the show when they heard about the opportunity.

“We debated whether we could express Shin Seung Hoon’s energy on stage,” the members said. “We worked hard, so we hope people enjoy it. Since this is our first time on the show, our goal is to deliver an enjoyable performance that people will like.”

VICTON stunned the audience with gorgeous set design and strong vocals at the beginning of their performance before seguing into an upbeat but funky dance number.
