VIXX's Hyuk To Star As Lead Of New Romance Drama

VIXX’s Hyuk will be leading a new drama!

Recently, it was confirmed that Hyuk would be starring in the upcoming drama “Ga Doo Ri’s Sushi Restaurant” (literal title).

“Ga Doo Ri’s Sushi Restaurant” will be about the sweet yet fierce romance between dating expert Ga Doo Ri, who’s well known for her refreshing dating advice, and her mysterious next-door neighbor Cha Woo Bin.

Hyuk will be taking on the role of the handsome next-door neighbor Cha Woo Bin who enjoys doing things his way. Despite his stunning visuals, he doesn’t take notice of how other people view him and lives life the way he wants to. When said nicely, Cha Woo Bin is a cool character, but others point out that he’s too indifferent about matters that don’t concern him, making people question why he’s wasting his good looks. In the drama, Hyuk will showcase Cha Woo Bin’s sexy and unique charms.

After making his acting debut with the film “Chasing” in 2016, Hyuk starred in the web drama “Special Laws of Romance,” film “Happy Together,” drama “The Great Show,” play “The Forgotten Town: Dong Hyuk’s Pocha,” and the musical “Eyes of Dawn,” showcasing his wide acting spectrum through a diverse set of projects. Having captivated the public by perfectly transforming into his character each project, viewers are already looking forward to what kind of acting he’ll showcase in the upcoming drama.

“Ga Doo Ri’s Sushi Restaurant” will begin filming in March.
