Watch: “Master In The House” Cast Tests Their Physical Ages With UP10TION’s Lee Jin Hyuk + Kim Dong Hyun
The cast and guests of SBS’s “Master in the House” were put to a physical test this week!
On the April 5 episode of “Master in the House,” cast members Lee Seung Gi, Yang Se Hyung, and Shin Sung Rok were joined by UP10TION’s Lee Jin Hyuk and UFC fighter Kim Dong Hyun to study healthy lifestyles.
To determine their physical ages, they completed a variety of tasks testing their athletic ability. For the first activity, they had to see how high they could hold up their arms while pressing their forearms together. Holding them high enough for your eyes to be seen through them indicated a physical age of 29 and under.
Kim Dong Hyun confidently went first, remarking, “I’ve used my body my whole life.” However, he quickly added, “I just want to say, I did so many chin-ups yesterday. Isn’t having wide shoulders a disadvantage?”
In the end, Kim Dong Hyun and Shin Sung Rok were both hilariously unable to hold their arms higher than their chins, recording physical ages of roughly 70-80 years old.
Next up was Lee Seung Gi, who also started off with a light excuse, sharing, “I’ve recently started practicing widening my shoulders, so my arms don’t really press together.” With a lot of determination, he was able to go up to his nose, marking a physical age in his thirties.
Lee Jin Hyuk, who was the only one in his twenties, proved his young age as he impressively held his arms way over his eyes with ease. In fierce competition with Lee Seung Gi, Yang Se Hyung was also able to go past his nose, matching his physical age with his real one.
The next task had the stars stepping over their own arms, then carrying their arms upwards past their waists behind them. Yang Se Hyung, Lee Seung Gi, and Kim Dong Hyun all got caught right below their waist, eventually resorting to hilarious means to complete the task. Lee Seung Gi even tried holding his heels up, causing Lee Jin Hyuk to shout, “Is that Michael Jackson?”
