Watch: Highlight's Yoon Doojoon And Jeong Sewoon Transform Into Pizza Boys In Teaser For Cooking Show Spin-Off

tvN’s spin-off from “4 Wheeled Restaurant” has shared its first teaser of the cast!

“4 Wheeled Restaurant” is a cooking variety show in which Korean celebrities take a food truck to a foreign country and put their own spin on a menu item that originates from that country. Previous seasons have visited Thailand, China, and the United States. The Korean title for the show is “Will They Eat It There?”

The new season of the show is a spin-off called “Will They Eat When Delivered?” It takes place in South Korea, and instead of a food truck, the food is packaged and delivered to the customers’ homes.

The new cast includes celebrity chef Sam Kim, former soccer player and current MC Ahn Jung Hwan, Highlight’s Yoon Doojoon, and Jeong Sewoon. Sam Kim is the head chef of the show’s little takeout Italian restaurant (which is called “I Am Sam”), Ahn Jung Hwan is the sous-chef (Ahn Jung Hwan used to play soccer in Italy), Yoon Doojoon is the pizza boy, and Jeong Sewoon is in charge of packaging.

According to the production staff, the customers will not know who is making the food in advance and therefore give their honest opinions about the taste. The show also chose to showcase genuine Italian food, which is rarely seen on delivery apps in South Korea.

Producing director Yang Seul Gi stated, “‘4 Wheeled Restaurant’ is taking on a new challenge as a delivery-based cooking show in South Korea. Instead of a food truck, we will be operating as a takeout Italian restaurant. The members worked hard in order to suit the taste buds of the customers. Sam Kim came up with the menu by mixing his genuine Italian cuisine with the tastes that his customers might be more used to. Please look forward to seeing what they came up with.”

The spin-off premieres on May 19 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
