Update: UP10TION's Lee Jin Hyuk, Kwon Hyun Bin (VIINI), Lee Soo Min, And More Confirmed For New Sitcom

Upcoming sitcom “Don’t Let Go of Your Mind” (literal title) has its cast!

Studio Lululala and KT’s Seezn will be co-producing the sitcom, and talks are currently underway to have the sitcom air on JTBC. The series will be based on a long-running popular webtoon of the same name.

Jung Sang Hoon, Lee Hyun Yi, UP10TION’s Lee Jin Hyuk, Lee Soo Min, Kwon Hyun Bin, and Hong Bi Ra have now been confirmed to join the cast. Jung Sang Hoon will play section chief Jung, who may not be getting far in his career but has anonymously taken over the blog sphere. Lee Hyun Yi will play his wife, who has a mysterious past and is the boss in the family.

Lee Jin Hyuk will play the role of Jung Shin, who looks calm on the outside but has quite the energetic personality, and Lee Soo Min will play his younger sister Jung Joo Ri, a charming high school student. Kwon Hyun Bin will play Ki Young Sang Do, the leader of an idol group Jung Joo Ri is a fan of. Hong Bi Ra will take on the role of Alice Kim, the daughter of a chaebol family who is in love with Jung Shin.

We may be seeing UP10TION’s Lee Jin Hyuk in a new project soon!

On May 20, it was reported that Lee Jin Hyuk would be appearing in an upcoming JTBC sitcom. In response, a source from JTBC stated, “Our digital contents division Studio Lululala will be in charge of production for the new sitcom ‘Don’t Let Go of Your Mind’ (literal title).”

They continued to add, “UP10TION member and actor Lee Jin Hyuk is currently in talks to appear in the sitcom, and we are currently ironing out broadcasting details.”

The new sitcom will be based on a popular webtoon of the same name that has been continued for 10 years. The webtoon has been loved for sharing stories from the ordinary lives of families in a fun and engaging way.

Lee Jin Hyuk is reported to be considering the role of Jung Shin, a college student who has a great physique but can be a little out of it most of the time. His family never really knows what’s going on in his head but he runs an online broadcast by himself where he shares secrets about his family.
