NU'EST's Minhyun And Jung Da Bin In Talks To Lead New Drama From "A-TEEN" Production Company
NU’EST’s Minhyun may make his acting debut in a lead role opposite Jung Da Bin!
On June 17, Sports Seoul reported that Minhyun and Jung Da Bin had been cast as the leads of a new short-form school drama by Keyeast and web drama production company Playlist Studio. According to the report, the drama is slated for release in September, and discussions for TV broadcast are taking place.
A source from Playlist Studio stated to Newsen, “Playlist Studio and Keyeast are producing a new drama together. We have offered roles to Minhyun and Jung Da Bin, and they are positively reviewing the offers. As of now, nothing is confirmed regarding the broadcast schedule.”
If Minhyun accepts the role, he will be making his acting debut with the drama. Jung Da Bin, who debuted as a child actor, has been receiving praise for her transformation in the Netflix series “Extracurricular.”
The drama will reportedly be directed by Kim Sang Woo, who co-directed the hit MBC drama “Extraordinary You.”
