SEVENTEEN Ups Anticipation For Upcoming Album "Heng:garæ" With Audio Preview And Comments From Members

There’s only one day left until SEVENTEEN makes their highly anticipated comeback!

SEVENTEEN is set to release their seventh mini album “Heng:garæ,” featuring the energetic title track “Left & Right,” on June 22 at 6 p.m. KST.

Ahead of their album release, the group is already drawing attention for breaking their personal record with over 1.06 million stock pre-orders for the new album.

In the album, SEVENTEEN will break away from the fear expressed in their third full album “An Ode” and take their dreams with them as they press on to a new world. “Heng:garæ” expresses the determination to climb to the top using one’s own strength when one is unable to find answers among the endless worries and confusion of youth.

S.Coups, the leader of the group, commented, “After not promoting for so long, we poured our everything into this album. Because of that, I’m feeling even more nervous and excited. I hope that all the youth out there who are facing challenges and struggling with worries can gain strength after listening to our album.”

In addition to the title track “Left & Right,” the album will portray SEVENTEEN’s own take on their youthful days through a total of six tracks including “Fearless,” “I Wish,” “My My,” “Kidult,” and “Together.”

Previously, the group released a highlight medley as well as two MV teasers “Left & Right.” The track is set to be a memorable one as even the short snippet of the song rings in listeners’ ears. “Left & Right” takes a modern approach to the hip hop sound of the 2000s. Member Woozi participated in composing and producing the song, and member Vernon also participated in writing the lyrics.

According to SEVENTEEN, everyone will be able to follow along to and enjoy the choreography for the title track. The group raised anticipation for their performance, saying, “The performance is one that shows off our unique chemistry. You’ll smile unknowingly when you see it. It’s an enjoyable performance.”

Member DK added, “Our fans must have waited for such a long time, so we wanted to quickly show them our new songs and performances. Comebacks are always nerve wracking and exciting. With this comeback as well, I hope we can give strength to a great number of people.”

Ahead of the album release, SEVENTEEN will hold a press showcase on June 22 at 4 p.m. KST. Afterwards, the group will premiere their new tracks through a comeback show on Mnet on June 22 at 7 p.m. KST.
