Here are the fans’ picks!

Episode 1: Jang Nara’s crying scene at the gynecologist’s

Jang Ha Ri has everything but her own baby. She even decides on freezing her eggs in hopes of having a child, but she ends up being diagnosed with endometriosis. Jang Ha Ri receives the heartbreaking news that she doesn’t have much time to make her longtime dream of becoming a mother come true.

Viewers expressed their awe at Jang Ha Ri’s scene at the gynecologist’s and Jang Nara’s impressive performance. Some fans loved how Jang Nara’s acting and the drama’s OST fit well together.

Episode 4: Jang Nara and Go Joon’s scene at the pojangmacha (a tented food stall)

With time running out, Jang Ha Ri chooses to rely on a sperm donation, but she runs into trouble. Readers of parenting magazines are now against Jang Ha Ri’s decision and announce that they will boycott Jang Ha Ri’s magazine “The Baby.” At that moment, Han Yi Sang (Go Joon) says, “But she didn’t commit a crime?” and takes Jang Ha Ri’s side. Han Yi Sang worries for Jang Ha Ri, who is then suspended from her job for a month, and he invites her to drink with him. Han Yi Sang shares a drink with Jang Ha Ri and comforts her. As for Jang Ha Ri, she starts opening up to Han Yi Sang and reveals to him that she wants to become a mom.

Viewers began to pick up on the romance forming between the characters as the two got to know each other. Fans talked about how they loved how pretty the scene and background music were. Some commented that the drama touches them with each character’s inner story, and other fans noticed that the drama is both a rom-com and a story about growth.

Episode 8: Go Joon’s monologue

Han Yi Sang has supported Jang Ha Ri on her journey for a long time now, and the scene where Han Yi Sang reveals his feelings toward Jang Ha Ri in the eighth episode touched viewers. In the scene, Han Yi Sang says, “I also want to grab the hand that Jang Ha Ri holds out like regular lovers who do as their hearts desire. In uncertain moments, I just want to go to you, even if that is by mistake.” His lines capture how Han Yi Sang couldn’t easily approach Jang Ha Ri in the past despite his feelings.

Viewers expressed their love for Go Joon’s voice and his character’s honest confession. One viewer commented, “Jang Ha Ri’s monologue from episode 6 and Han Yi Sang’s monologue from episode 8 are the best.”

Episode 12: Jang Nara says, “Will you become a place for me to return to?”

As Jang Ha Ri and Han Yi Sang’s love continues to grow, Jang Ha Ri begins to dream of a future with Han Yi Sang. Jang Ha Ri thinks deeply about her future as she speaks with Kim Eun Young (Lee Mi Do), who has a child, and Park Yeon Ho (Baek Seung Hee), who is married without kids. Jang Ha Ri then reflects on her mother (played by Kim Hye Ok), who was hospitalized in the past. Jang Ha Ri thinks about a “place to return to” as someone who does not have a mother to greet after she comes home from work. Looking at Han Yi Sang, Jang Ha Ri wonders, “No matter how far one travels and how tired one gets, they only need a place to return to. Then, they will be able to hang on. Will that person become my place?”

Viewers loved seeing Jang Ha Ri and Han Yi Sang becoming a place of refuge for each other. Some also picked the scene from episode 12 as the most touching scene, and others mentioned that Jang Nara’s lines made them cry and expressed their support for the couple. One viewer commented, “I teared up when Jang Ha Ri entered the empty house without her mom, as if it were a summary of everything that has happened so far.”
