"Into The Ring" Premieres To Modest Ratings + "Kkondae Intern" Ends On Steady Note
As one drama premiered, another came to an end this week in the Wednesday night time slot.
On July 1, KBS’s new drama “Into the Ring,” which stars Nana and Park Sung Hoon, made its premiere. According to Nielsen Korea, it recorded average nationwide ratings of 3.0 and 3.5 percent.
Also on July 1, MBC’s “Kkondae Intern” aired its final episode to ratings of 4.9 and 6.2 percent. Although not the highest ratings that the drama has garnered throughout its run, it was able to hold on to its consistent title as the highest-viewed drama of its time slot.
On the cable side, “Oh My Baby,” which will air its final episode tomorrow, recorded ratings of 1.570 percent.
