'Backstreet Rookie' And 'It's Okay To Not Be Okay' Ratings Rise; 'Train' And 'Graceful Friends' Hold Steady

The weekend drama ratings battle remains as fierce as ever!

On August 1, SBS’s “Backstreet Rookie” enjoyed an increase in viewership from its previous episode the night before. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of the romantic comedy scored average nationwide ratings of 5.4 percent and 8.0 percent for its two parts, marking its highest ratings in two weeks.

tvN’s “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” also saw a rise in its viewership, scoring an average nationwide rating of 5.7 percent and a peak of 6.2 percent for the night.

Meanwhile, both OCN’s “Train” and JTBC’s “Graceful Friends” held steady, scoring the exact same average ratings as they did for their respective previous episodes. “Train” maintained an average nationwide rating of 1.4 percent, while “Graceful Friends” remained stable with an average nationwide rating of 4.3 percent.

Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Once Again” continued its winning streak as the most-watched drama of Saturday night with average nationwide ratings of 25.7 percent and 30.1 percent.
