Upcoming Drama Shares Sneak Peek Of Intriguing Dynamics Between Lee Jae Wook And Go Ara

KBS 2TV’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” (literal title) has released new stills sharing a sneak peek of Lee Jae Wook and Go Ara.

“Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” will be a romantic comedy that tells the story of energetic pianist Goo La La (Go Ara) and expert part-timer Sun Woo Joon (Lee Jae Wook). They will gather at a piano academy called “La La Land” in a small countryside village with secrets and scars that they are hiding.

The new stills give a glimpse into how different the two characters can be and the fun chemistry that will come from it. Goo La La seems to be trying to hide her identity as much as possible, but standing out that much as a result, wearing a scarf over her head and putting on a pair of big sunglasses. Sun Woo Joon is on the clock at his part-time job and though he’s usually good at keeping up his customer service smile at all times, he can’t help but lose it and look annoyed when it comes to dealing with Goo La La.

Chaos is set to ensue between Goo La La, who may be simple but can make others laugh in any situation, and Sun Woo Joon, who appears cold on the outside but is actually warm and considerate. Goo La La loses everything overnight when she comes across Sun Woo Joon, who looks like he’d be understanding of all of her troubles, while Sun Woo Joon finds his life filling with light and hope with Goo La La around, even though she may be borrowing money from him.

The pair chose their chemistry as one of the best things to watch for in the new drama and Go Ara said, “Lee Jae Wook is always able to react quickly to any situation on set. I think his unique charms are able to shine even brighter when we work together.” Lee Jae Wook said, “She’s really great, I couldn’t put it all into words. She has this great energy that spreads happiness to everyone. She’s always so encouraging as well, so I’m learning a lot.”

“Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” is set to premiere on August 26 at 9:30 p.m. KST.
