"Music Bank" And "Music Core" To Not Air This Week
KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” and MBC’s “Music Core” will not be airing this week.
On August 7, “Music Bank” announced through their official website, “The Friday, August 7, 2020 broadcast of ‘Music Bank’ is cancelled.” In place of “Music Bank,” a rerun episode of “Dogs Are Incredible” will be shown.
Regarding the cancellation, a representative of KBS shared, “Due to recent heavy rain, news of damage is being reported nationwide. After concluding that it is not proper to broadcast ‘Music Bank’ amidst this atmosphere, the broadcast schedule center has decided to cancel today’s show.”
MBC’s broadcast schedule also reveals that the station will not be airing “Music Core” on August 8 due to a live broadcast of the golf competition 2020 Orange Life Champions Trophy Inbee Park Invitational.
“Music Bank” normally airs every Friday at 5 p.m. KST, and “Music Core” airs every Saturday at 3:40 p.m. KST.
