EXO's Baekhyun Shares Gift He Received From SM Entertainment For Earning "Million Seller" Title As Solo Artist

EXO’s Baekhyun shared a special gift he recently received from his label SM Entertainment!

Baekhyun shared a photo on his personal Instagram account of an appreciation plaque that he received from the agency for becoming a “million seller” with his second solo mini album “Delight.” He also expressed his gratitude to fans by using the hashtag “EXO-L [EXO’s official fan club name]” in his caption.

The plaque displays Baekhyun’s “Delight” mini album and includes a message from SM Entertainment that reads, “The first solo artist in SM Entertainment to sell over a million albums. We present this plaque with gratitude and hope you continue to walk alongside SM Entertainment, working together towards a remarkable future of growth and development.”

Baekhyun is the first solo artist in 19 years to sell over a million copies of an album since Kim Gun Mo’s seventh album in 2001. He is also the second artist in Korea to earn the title of “million seller” as both a solo and as a group following Seo Taiji of Seo Taiji and Boys.
