Park Ji Hoon And Lee Ruby Share A Tense Moment In The Rain In "Love Revolution"

Kakao M’s original drama “Love Revolution” released new stills of Park Ji Hoon and Lee Ruby!

Based on a popular webtoon of the same name, “Love Revolution” tells the story of love and friendship between students and centers around the couple Gong Ju Young (Park Ji Hoon) and Wang Ja Rim (Lee Ruby).

In the first episode, Gong Ju Young fell in love with Wang Ja Rim at first sight and proceeded to directly express his interest in her. Already, viewers are intrigued by the heart-fluttering yet hilarious chemistry between Wang Ja Rim and Gong Ju Young.

The newly released stills reveal Gong Ju Young and Wang Ja Rim surrounded by a tense atmosphere in the rain. Wang Ja Rim has a large jacket that appears to be borrowed wrapped around her shoulders while Gong Ju Young stands next to her, shivering from the cold with an empty plastic bag in his hand. Unlike his usual bright and affectionate self, Gong Ju Young has his lips tightly sealed, refusing to look directly at Wang Ja Rim.

In another image, Gong Ju Young and Wang Ja Rim are standing in the rain, getting soaked completely from head to toe without an umbrella. Amidst the tension, the two stare at each other wordlessly. Furthermore, a fallen umbrella lies on the ground, raising curiosity as to why they aren’t using the umbrella. Having showcased natural chemistry in the first episode, Gong Ju Young and Wang Ja Rim raise anticipation for the upcoming episode with their interesting chemistry in the stills.

The production team of “Love Revolution” shared that the particular scene in the rain is an important scene that will further develop Gong Ju Young and Wang Ja Rim’s romance. They added, “Please anticipate the story that will be revealed in episode 2 and how the course of the love line will develop in the future as well as why the two will be soaked in the rain.”

“Love Revolution” airs every Thursday at 5 p.m. KST and is available on Viki with English subtitles!
