Stray Kids Shares Excitement And Builds Anticipation For Return With “Back Door”
There’s only one day left until the return of Stray Kids!
Stray Kids is set to come back with their repackaged album “IN生” (“IN LIFE”) featuring the title track “Back Door” on September 14.
The members expressed their anticipation for the comeback as they commented, “We’re really happy with just the thought of being able to let our fans listen to new music. We put a lot of thought and practice into the comeback.” They also upped the excitement for their title track, revealing that the members were anticipating “Back Door” even before its completion. The members added, “Following our well-loved track ‘God’s Menu,’ we hope ‘Back Door’ will be even more well-received.”
Stray Kids also emphasized the importance of their fans’ reactions to their music, saying, “Our fans’ reactions and feedback are the force that drives us to create even better music and performances.”
“Back Door,” co-composed by 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han), is a track that promises a festival-like sound, using effects that will delight both the eyes and the ears. JYP Entertainment founder Park Jin Young complimented the group’s producing trio, saying that the track was well-made. The members themselves stated, “We have even more confidence because we ourselves enjoy the song.”
Stray Kids also commented, “We’ll keep working hard to put out our own music and live up to the expression, ‘Stray Kids is their own genre.'”
A few days earlier, it was revealed that the group had set a new personal record with the repackaged album surpassing 300,000 stock pre-orders. This exceeds their previous record of 200,000 stock pre-orders for their studio album “GO生” (“GO LIVE”) in June.
“IN生” (“IN LIFE”) will include 17 songs, all of which the members participated in writing, and the album will be released along with the “Back Door” music video on September 14 at 6 p.m. KST.
