Watch: Shin Ye Eun Impresses With Her "Drunk" Acting While Filming "More Than Friends"

“More Than Friends” has released a new making-of video!

JTBC’s “More than Friends” is about two close friends who fall in unrequited love with the other over the course of 10 years. Shin Ye Eun plays Kyung Woo Yeon, who has been pining after her best friend for a decade. Ong Seong Wu plays Lee Soo, the longtime object of her affection who starts to see her in a different light.

In the clip, Shin Ye Eun and Ong Seong Wu are performing a scene where they’re out for drinks with Ahn Eun Jin, Baek Soo Min, Choi Chan Ho, and Block B’s P.O. Shin Ye Eun practices her loud crying and Ahn Eun Jin jokes, “We’ve all sobered up.”

When the cameras start rolling, Shin Ye Eun throws herself onto Ong Seong Wu as their friends try to get her off. She complies for a split second while Ong Seong Wu wipes off his clothes, before Shin Ye Eun aggressively hugs him again. Their friends give up, as Ong Seong Wu quietly begs, “Get off.” As Ahn Eun Jin tries to get her water, Shin Ye Eun adorably asks, “Don’t we look good together?”

Later, she begins bawling before she grabs Ong Seong Wu by the collar, asking for a fight. As soon as the director yells “Cut!” the cast hilariously let out sighs of relief, praising Shin Ye Eun’s acting and insisting they were genuinely stressed.

Once they start rolling again, Ong Seong Wu calmly tells Shin Ye Eun to not hit him and to go home. After pondering for a moment, she starts another fight before yelling, “Because of you! Because of you, I’ve cried so many times!”

After this take, Shin Ye Eun immediately gets up to brush off Ong Seong Wu’s clothes. He gives her a thumbs up and comments, “You’re really good.”
