TXT’s Taehyun Reveals He Fractured His Finger

TXT’s Taehyun has revealed that he suffered a finger injury.

On October 29, ahead of TXT’s comeback performance on Mnet’s “M Countdown,” Taehyun took to the group’s official Weverse fan community to share that he had recently fractured his finger and would have to wear a guard on stage for the group’s upcoming performances.

Taehyun’s full post is as follows:

MOA, this is Taehyun!!

I’m writing this post because there’s something I want to tell you before today’s “M Countdown” broadcast. It’s only been three days since we made our comeback, but because of my hasty desire to meet our MOA [TXT’s official fandom] as soon as possible, I accidentally hit my finger during filming for a variety show and fractured my right pinky.

The doctor said that if I just take good care of it, it will get better without any side effects. But if I want the bone to heal quickly and cleanly, they said I have to wear a guard, so I think I will have to wear a finger guard while performing on stage for the time being. Performing on stage in and of itself is no problem! So our MOA, you don’t have to worry too much! I’m fine!

Actually, I’m just grateful for the fact that I can at least stand on stage and do the best I can, and I’m sorry to my fellow TXT members and to MOA for giving you cause for concern during a time in which we should be making a happy start. I will do my utmost so that I can recover and quickly return with an intact right hand!

TXT just made their comeback earlier this week with their new mini album “minisode1: Blue Hour.”

We hope Taehyun makes a very speedy recovery!
