"Search" And "Homemade Love Story" Both Achieve Their Highest Ratings Yet
Both OCN’s “Search” and KBS 2TV’s “Homemade Love Story” are on the rise!
On November 1, both dramas soared to new all-time highs in viewership. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “Search” scored an average nationwide rating of 3.9 percent and a peak of 4.4 percent, marking the new mystery thriller’s highest ratings to date.
“Search” performed particularly well with the key demographic of viewers ages 25 to 49, among whom it scored an average nationwide rating of 2.6 percent and a peak of 3.0 percent for the night. The drama also took first place in its time slot across all cable channels.
Meanwhile, “Homemade Love Story” remained as popular as ever as it reached a new personal viewership record of its own. Easily defending its position as the most-watched drama of the night, “Homemade Love Story” scored average nationwide ratings of 26.2 percent and 28.9 percent for the two halves of its latest episode.
Finally, after hitting a new all-time high the night before, tvN’s “Start-Up” saw a slight decline in viewership for its sixth episode. The latest broadcast of the drama scored average nationwide ratings of 4.1 percent and 4.7 percent for its two parts.
