Suzy And Nam Joo Hyuk Work Passionately Behind The Scenes Of "Start-Up"

Suzy and Nam Joo Hyuk are hard at work on the set of tvN’s “Start-Up”!

The drama takes place in a fictional South Korean version of Silicon Valley where young dreamers set out to achieve success in the world of startup companies. Suzy stars as Seo Dal Mi, an adventurer who dreams of becoming Korea’s Steve Jobs, while Nam Joo Hyuk plays the role of Samsan Tech founder Nam Do San.

In the newly released behind-the-scenes stills, Suzy studies her script regardless of the location in order to capture the detailed emotions of her character. Even in the dark, surrounded by numerous cast members, and behind the stage where her eloquent hackathon presentation took place, Suzy solely focuses on her script. Suzy’s diligent efforts could be seen as the driving force that allows her to thoroughly understand the role of the earnest Samsan Tech CEO Seo Dal Mi.

Behind the scenes of “Start-Up,” Nam Joo Hyuk also immerses himself into his role. With a gentle smile but powerful gaze, Nam Joo Hyuk is the perfect embodiment of his character Nam Do San. In particular, the picture of Nam Joo Hyuk proudly holding up his Sandbox passkey with a bright smile on his face reflects the passionate youth Nam Do San is.

Although Nam Do San awkwardly fumbles in trying to transform Seo Dal Mi’s misunderstanding into a reality, he slowly begins to change while doing his best to make his dreams a reality. Viewers are excited to see how Suzy will portray Seo Dal Mi as she evolves into a reliable CEO and how Nam Joo Hyuk will convey Nam Do San’s growth.
