Yoon Bomi Shares How Apink Is Supporting Her As She Films New Drama And Describes Acting With Her Co-Stars

Apink’s Yoon Bomi is making a comeback to the drama scene and she has her members’ full support!

MBC’s new drama “Please Don’t Date Him” is about a group of women that get their hands on a device that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to screen potential men for dating.  Among the group is Moon Ye Seul (Yoon Bomi), the youngest and perkiest. She is a lovely person that tends to fall in love quickly. Because Yoon Bomi is known to be a lively person in real life, many fans think the casting is perfect.

Recently, she shared, “As a singer, I place a lot of focus on my performances and communicating with fans. As an actress, I shifted my focus to analyzing the internal state of my given character.”

Furthermore, she stated, “All of my members have been very supportive. They were especially curious about what filming is like. Chorong left me a note of encouragement and chocolate on the table. I was so touched.”

Yoon Bomi also commented on her chemistry with Joo Woo Jae, who will be acting as her romantic interest in “Please Don’t Date Him.” She said, “He is funny and keeps the mood bright and energized. Thanks to this, we were able to get comfortable with each other quickly, which helped us be comfortable with acting too.”

As for her thoughts on acting alongside Song Ha Yoon and Gong Min Jung, Yoon Bomi said, “I was able to learn so much about acting. They worked hard to get me to loosen up and it was a big help.”

The drama will premiere on November 10 at 10:50 p.m. KST.
