Watch: SF9's Rowoon And Won Jin Ah Jokingly Turn Their Characters' First Meeting Into A Horror Movie
JTBC released a behind-the-scenes clip of SF9’s Rowoon and Won Jin Ah’s first meeting in “She Would Never Know!”
“She Would Never Know” is a drama about the complicated office romance between two co-workers on the marketing team for a cosmetics brand called Klar. Won Jin Ah stars as the perfectionist Yoon Song Ah, while Rowoon plays her dashing younger colleague Chae Hyun Seung, who is in love with her.
The behind-the-scenes clip covers the scene in which Yoon Song Ah and Chae Hyun Seung meet for the first time at a job recruitment fair when Chae Hyun Seung is still in school. The production staff show their love for Rowoon when his photo appears on a recruitment form and the subtitles read, “So handsome, cute, cool, lovable.”
The scene cuts to the director showing Won Jin Ah how he wants her to look as she opens the door. However, he goes overboard in acting it out and she reacts in mock horror, “You want me to bat my eyes like that?” She then pretends to lure Rowoon inside by saying in a sleazy voice, “It’s okay. Come in.” A prankster himself, Rowoon says, “No, I was looking for something else” and pretends to run away.
The two actors then begin to rehearse in earnest, but are interrupted by the director noticing that there are two signs on the door. “Maybe he’s come for Urban Cotton rather than Klar,” he muses, and Rowoon takes this cue to pretend to leave again. The two actors film their scene outside the door, but as soon as they get in the classroom, Rowoon jokes that she beckoned to him like a ghost in a horror movie. Won Jin Ah exclaims, “I did not do it like that! That sounds like a murderer.”
As Chae Hyun Seung falls for Yoon Song Ah, Rowoon and Won Jin Ah get more playful behind-the-scenes, with Won Jin Ah pretending to talk to Rowoon as if he was a baby and Rowoon getting so immersed in his scene that he accidentally trips over a desk.
