Watch: SHINee Gears Up For Return With New Variety Show "SHINee Inc."

SHINee is coming back—in more ways than one!

As SHINee gears up for their long-awaited comeback with their seventh studio album “Don’t Call Me,” the group is also preparing to return with a brand-new variety show of their very own.

Entitled “SHINee Inc.,” the show will feature never-before-seen footage of the group—as well as an exciting performance of their new song that was personally conceived and planned by Onew, Key, Minho, and Taemin themselves.

In a newly released teaser for the upcoming program, the SHINee members talk about their hopes and goals for both the show and their impending comeback. Minho remarks, “This is our first time releasing a new album in a long while, and I think it’ll be important for us to seem approachable to the general public when seen as a full group.”

As for their new variety show, Key shares, “I hope that the question ‘Oh, only SHINee is in this?’ will never even cross people’s minds, and they’ll watch it because it’s fun.” Taemin suggests, “I think it’d be good to collaborate, maybe with YouTubers who are famous among the younger generations.”

Onew tells the production staff, “If you make it possible for us to focus, we can do it,” and Minho declares, “To be honest, I’m confident. When told to do something, even if it’s an impossible mission, I’ll think, ‘It seems like it will work. I’ll try it just one more time.'”

The producers of “SHINee Inc.” commented, “Through a new, fresh viewpoint and format, we want to show the unique charms of the SHINee members, who are now in their 14th year of their careers. As the members personally participated in [planning] the program, there were endless explosions of laughter and ideas from our first meeting.”

They went on to tease, “Please look forward to finding out what kind of true selves SHINee wanted to show viewers, and please show them a lot of support.”
