Song Kang Talks About Future Projects, How He Gains Confidence When Acting, And More

Song Kang discussed his upcoming projects and more!

In the March issue of Vogue Korea, the actor collaborated with YSL Beauty’s “Y LE PARFUM” to put on a pictorial themed “WHY NOT?” The photos show his unapologetic attitude in expressing himself at his own pace.

In the interview that followed, Song Kang commented, “As soon as I heard the message of the campaign, I thought of the times I used to organize my thoughts at auditions by telling myself, ‘Why not?’ These days, when I start to worry ahead of difficult emotional scenes, I gain confidence by thinking, ‘Why not?’ and, ‘I can do it.'”

On his upcoming projects “Love Alarm 2” and tvN’s “Navillera,” he stated, “In ‘Love Alarm 2,’ you will be able to meet a much more mature and solid Sun Oh that has grown through the emotion of love.”

He added, “‘Navillera’ is a unique story of growth about a 23-year-old character named Chae Rok that meets Deok Chool, an older man that started ballet late at the age of 70.” He hinted that the drama will highlight the dynamic between a teacher and student as well as “bromance.”
