Kim Young Dae And Kim Hyun Soo Reunite With Mixed Feelings In "The Penthouse 2"

SBS’s “The Penthouse 2” shared a glimpse of a heartrending moment between Kim Young Dae and Kim Hyun Soo!

Every Friday and Saturday, a suspenseful story of revenge unravels at the Penthouse, an apartment complex reserved for those at the top of the social pyramid. It focuses on the solidarity and pursuit of revenge among a group of women who stops at nothing to protect their children.

Previously, Bae Ro Na (Kim Hyun Soo) came back to Korea and firmly insisted on returning to Cheong Ah Art High School, despite her mother Oh Yoon Hee’s (Eugene‘s) fervent protests. Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon), who was being threatened by Oh Yoon Hee, used Bae Ro Na as her shield and allowed her to come back.

On February 27, the drama unveiled new stills of Bae Ro Na and Joo Seok Hoon’s (Kim Young Dae’s) bittersweet reunion in the practice room. Joo Seok Hoon stops playing the piano and looks at her. Bae Ro Na starts to approach him, but Joo Seok Hoon attempts to leave. She grabs his hand to stop him, and a strange mixture of tension and affection flows between them. Despite her efforts to reconcile with him, he turns away with cold eyes.

The two grew apart after Oh Yoon Hee was accused of murdering his stepmother Shim Soo Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah). However, it was revealed that Oh Yoon Hee was not behind this, and it will be intriguing to find out if this factor will help them continue their sweet romance from the first season.

The drama’s production crew said, “Kim Hyun Soo and Kim Young Dae are a couple who is receiving a lot of support from the staff for their cute chemistry. Please tune into the fourth episode [that airs today] to see what will happen to Bae Ro Na and Joo Seok Hoon.”
