“Seen from a Distance, Green Spring” (literal title) will be undergoing a change in its main cast.

Previously in January, Lee Shin Young was confirmed to take on the role of Nam Soo Hyun in the new webtoon-based drama.

However, the drama revealed on March 5, “After discussion with Lee Shin Young’s agency, he will be leaving the drama due to scheduling conflicts.”

It was reported that Bae In Hyuk will be taking over the role of Nam Soo Hyun in Lee Shin Young’s place, to which Bae In Hyuk’s agency commented in response, “Bae In Hyuk is positively considering the offer to star in ‘Seen from a Distance, Green Spring.'”

The upcoming drama will portray a realistic story of college students struggling to face a tough world. Bae In Hyuk is in talks to play the brilliant perfectionist Nam Soo Hyun who has straight As in all of his classes. Park Ji Hoon and Kang Min Ah will play Yeo Joon and Kim So Bin, respectively, and CLC’s Eunbin has also been confirmed for the cast.
