Park In Hwan And Na Moon Hee Treat Song Kang As If He Is Their Own Grandson In “Navillera”
Based on a popular webtoon of the same name, “Navillera” is about Shim Duk Chool (Park In Hwan), who begins ballet at the age of 70, and Lee Chae Rok (Song Kang), a 23-year-old ballerino who gets lost while chasing his dreams.
Previously, Shim Duk Chool’s family showed they were against him pursuing ballet. Thanks to Choi Hae Nam (Na Moon Hee), the only one who recognized his passion and desire, he was able to continue pursuing his dreams.
The newly released stills depict Lee Chae Rok and Choi Hae Nam’s first meeting. She enthusiastically welcomes him to her home and warmly takes his hands. Lee Chae Rok looks puzzled by her eagerness, but he doesn’t seem to mind the attention. Shim Duk Chool watches them get along with a joyful expression on his face.
Choi Hae Nam, who learned that Lee Chae Rok lives alone, prepares a hearty meal for him. Choi Hae Nam and Shim Duk Chool give him an abundant amount of food and watch him eat with a content expression. It’s almost as if they are feeding their own grandchild.
Through this experience, Lee Chae Rok will feel the warmth and affection of a true family, and this will become a precious memory to him. Viewers can look forward to seeing how the relationship of these three unlikely people will grow into something beautiful and sweet.
The production team shared, “This scene will be both warm and heart-wrenching. Please look forward to this episode that will contain the perfect ‘family chemistry’ of Park In Hwan, Na Moon Hee, and Song Kang.”
The next episode of “Navillera” will air on April 5 at 9 p.m. KST.
