Former “Produce 48” Contestant Takeuchi Miyu Leaves Mystic Story
Japanese trainee Takeuchi Miyu will be leaving Mystic Story.
On May 3, Takeuchi Miyu shared on her personal Instagram account that her exclusive contract with the agency had come to an end.
In Japanese and Korean, she wrote:
To those who are always cheering me on,
Hello, this is Takeuchi Miyu. First, I would like to share my eternal gratitude to all the fans who have sent me their support and love.
After a long period of discussions with the agency, our exclusive contract has come to an end. I am sorry for sharing this sudden news with all the fans who have sent me their warm and unfaltering support for my activities in Korea.
I will work hard to be able to show everyone my growth and maturity in the future and I ask for your interest and support.

Takeuchi Miyu is a former member of AKB48 and a former contestant on the survival program “Produce 48.” She currently works as a singer-songwriter and YouTuber. She first signed with Mystic Story in March 2019. In October 2019, she released a song with Mystic Story’s CEO Yoon Jong Shin as part of his monthly song project.
