Oh My Girl’s Jiho To Temporarily Sit Out Promotions Due To Injury
Oh My Girl’s Jiho will be taking a temporary break from activities due to an unexpected injury.
On May 13, WM Entertainment announced, “Yesterday morning, while preparing for a scheduled activity, Oh My Girl’s Jiho missed a step on the stairs and was taken to the hospital, where she underwent examination and treatment.”
Although Jiho participated in Oh My Girl’s comeback performance on the May 13 episode of “M Countdown,” she will be sitting out the remainder of this week’s promotions for their new comeback track “Dun Dun Dance.”
After explaining that Jiho would not be able to fully perform the choreography for “Dun Dun Dance” on “M Countdown,” WM Entertainment stated, “Jiho will be halting her scheduled activities for this week in order to rest. Accordingly, only the six remaining members [of Oh My Girl] aside from Jiho will be participating in this week’s scheduled activities.”
The agency continued, “We will continue to do our utmost for our artist’s health and do everything we can to ensure a swift recovery. We ask that you continue to show unchanging love and interest in Oh My Girl in the future.”
We hope Jiho makes a speedy recovery!
