aespa Ranks High On iTunes Charts Around The World With "Next Level"

aespa is receiving recognition from all over the world with their latest release!

On May 17 at 6 p.m. KST, the girl group released their new single “Next Level” along with the music video. Following its release, the song rose to the No. 1 spot on domestic music streaming sites such as Genie and Bugs.

aespa’s new song topped the iTunes Top Songs charts in Thailand, Indonesia, Guatemala, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Furthermore, the song soared to the top 10 in 26 regions around the world. Within two hours of the music video’s release, “Next Level” placed No. 1 in the Music Video Chart for China’s QQ Music in the Korean category and the overall category.

The lyrics of the new song depict an interesting concept in which the members leave for “Kwangya” in order to find the “Black Mamba” that is putting the world in danger by disrupting the connection between aespa and æ aespa (aespa’s avatars).
