Watch: Tang Joon Sang, Kim Kang Hoon, And More Develop Friendships Through Badminton In "Racket Boys" Teaser

“Racket Boys” has released a highlight clip ahead of the drama’s premiere!

SBS’s “Racket Boys” is about a group of youths in a small countryside village who chase their dreams of becoming badminton stars. The drama stars Kim Sang Kyung, Oh Na Ra, Tang Joon Sang, Son Sang Yeon, Choi Hyun Wook, Kim Kang Hoon, Lee Jae In, and Lee Ji Won.

The clip starts out with Kim Sang Kyung as Yoon Hyun Jong at a disappointing practice game of badminton. He takes a seat with Park Ho San, who tells him, “There’s a school where my senior is the director. They house you, give you 1.5 times more pay, and it’s 5 hours from Seoul. Do you want to go?” Kim Sang Kyung answers, “What are you talking about? Why are you banishing me?”

Later, students are scolded for not paying their baseball membership or training fees. At night, Yoon Hyun Jong asks his son Yoon Hae Kang (Tang Joon Sang), “Why didn’t you tell me you were going to training and needed to pay?” He casually responds, “I forgot.”

Taking up the offer, Yoon Hyun Jong moves his family to a small countryside village, where he’s shocked to discover the school’s badminton team of three athletes. With the team on the verge of falling through, they desperately look for a fourth member, ultimately enlisting former baseball player Yoon Hae Kang.

At a tournament, Yoon Hae Kang learns about the mighty Han Se Yoon (Lee Jae In), the ace of the youth national representative team who dreams of becoming the youngest-ever national representative for South Korea. She is coached by Ra Young Ja (Oh Na Ra), who is known to be incredibly strict.

As the two teams all grow closer, they tease blossoming romances between Bang Yoon Dam (Son Sang Yeon) and Lee Han Sol (Lee Ji Won), as well as Han Se Yoon and Yoon Hae Kang.
