Watch: “The Penthouse” Shows What It Means To Take Rage And Greed To The Next Level In Season 3

The Penthouse” has raised anticipation even more with an intense highlight clip of the upcoming third season!

After two whirlwind seasons, Season 3 of “The Penthouse” is expected to be even more unpredictable, which is proven in the highlight clip. The video starts with the Bible verse from James 1:15, “Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.”

Following a dramatic opening scene, the clip gives a look into their prison lives. Someone comments, “There’s a place in prison that they call the penthouse,” making Joo Dan Tae (Uhm Ki Joon) smirk, while Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon) disturbs her cellmates with loud and chaotic singing.

Despite being in a completely different setting, the characters of the Hera Palace show that competition never stops. However, the ladies unite in their shock at seeing Oh Yoon Hee (Eugene) as a prisoner too.

The caption then reads, “Villains, come back” as each character slowly makes their way out of prison. Kang Ma Ri (Shin Eun Kyung) is heard angrily exclaiming, “Is it allowed for the Korean law to be this weak?”

Showing her ability to scheme in all situations, Cheon Seo Jin apologizes to numerous reporters on behalf of Joo Dan Tae for his deceitful behaviour and makes him sign a contract as she explains, “To put it simply, I’m saying we should use each other. Until we have money in our hands.”

Ha Yoon Chul (Yoon Jong Hoon) eventually agrees to join sides with Joo Dan Tae and Lee Gyu Jin (Bong Tae Gyu), pleading, “I have to live now,” as they start to make money through any means possible.

While the trio appear to be having lots of success, the caption reads, “Don’t trust anyone.” They reach a crossroads with the entrance of Baek Joon Ki (On Joo Wan) as Cheon Seo Jin is heard commenting, “Joo Dan Tae’s weakness has been caught.”

Joo Seok Kyung (Han Ji Hyun) has trouble coming to terms with her birth mother’s death, screaming at Shim Soo Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah), “Just like dad said, set up your own penthouse!” until she gets slapped by Joo Seok Hoon (Kim Young Dae).

Later, Joo Seok Kyung is heard announcing, “I really want to go to Seoul University. Please just get rid of this one mudfish that I can’t stand,” as Bae Ro Na (Kim Hyun Soo) and Yoo Je Ni (Jin Ji Hee) appear. Yoo Je Ni walks across a rooftop and her dad Yoo Dong Pil (Park Ho San) can later be seen yelling, “100, 1000, 10,000 times more than my daughter was hurt!”

Cheon Seo Jin tells her daughter Ha Eun Byul (Choi Ye Bin), “Mom can do anything if it’s for you.” Ha Eun Byul retorts, “What can you do for me, Mom?” Cheon Seo Jin later questions, “Oh Yoon Hee isn’t secretly communicating with Joo Dan Tae, right?”

After a final series of action scenes, Joo Dan Tae claims, “Shim Soo Ryeon will die.” Shim Soo Ryeon surprisingly responds, “Do I still look like Shim Soo Ryeon to you?”

The producers of “The Penthouse 3” commented, “The madness and greed of the villains who are incredibly motivated by rage will explode. This highlight clip is no more than a small taste. Please look forward to the broadcast, where twists beyond your greatest imagination will occur.”
