Park Ji Hoon Is A Campus It Boy With Secrets In Upcoming Drama "At A Distance Spring Is Green"

KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “At a Distance Spring is Green” has shared a new glimpse of Park Ji Hoon in his starring role!

Based on a popular webtoon, “At a Distance Spring is Green” is a new drama about the realistic struggles of college students facing the harsh realities of a tough world. Park Ji Hoon will star as Yeo Joon, a handsome and popular student from a wealthy family who seems to have it all, while Kang Min Ah will star as Kim So Bin, an ordinary student who struggles to achieve her goals.

While Park Ji Hoon’s character Yeo Joon is always sunny and cheerful when he’s around other people, he is actually hiding a painful secret. Unable to open up to others, Yeo Joon uses his bubbly disposition as a mask to hide his sadness.

The newly released stills of Park Ji Hoon capture the contrast between the radiant smile Yeo Joon wears in public and his melancholy gaze when he is alone.

The producers of “At a Distance Spring is Green” remarked, “When Yeo Joon is around other people, he is always cheerful and caring to everyone, and he is constantly wearing the mask of a smile. However, when he is alone, he takes off that mask and becomes sad and dark.”

Meanwhile, Park Ji Hoon shared that he is trying to create his own unique version of Yeo Joon that is distinct from the character in the original webtoon.

“I want to show my own version of Yeo Joon that is unique to me,” he explained, “so I’m doing my best to analyze the original character.”

“At a Distance Spring is Green” premieres on June 14 at 9:30 p.m. KST and will be available with subtitles on Viki.
