Park Ju Hyun, Kim Yeo Jin, Kim Do Yoon, And Jung Woong In Cast In New Action Movie
“Drive” is an action thriller about a popular streamer who is locked in the trunk of a car that is speeding downtown and live-streams her attempts to escape before she is killed.
Park Ju Hyun has been cast as the main character, Han Yoo Na, in her first big screen leading role. The actress first made her name in the Netflix series “Extracurricular,” and recently starred in the tvN drama “Mouse.” Her character, Han Yoo Na, is placed in a situation where she will only be allowed to live if she can make a certain amount of money with her livestream on YouTube.
Kim Yeo Jin has been cast as Park Jung Sook, a police detective who is the only one who believes Han Yoo Na and tries to help her. The actress recently garnered praise for her charismatic turn as one of the villains in tvN’s “Vincenzo.” Kim Do Yoon has been cast as PD Choi, the CEO of an agency, who is swept up in Han Yoo Na’s case. Jung Woong In has been cast as Director Na Jin Soo, who takes advantage of Han Yoo Na’s ambition to offer a secret deal.
“Drive” will be director Park Dong Hee’s first feature-length commercial film. The director promised, “I’ll create a thriller that moves with relentless speed.” The movie started production on June 1 and is currently in the middle of filming.
