Watch: Kang Min Ah, Park Ji Hoon, And Bae In Hyuk Playfully Support Each Other On Set Of "At A Distance Spring Is Green"
KBS 2TV’s “At a Distance Spring Is Green” released a new making-of video!
Based on a popular webtoon, “At a Distance Spring is Green” is a new drama about the realistic struggles of college students facing the harsh realities of a tough world.
The new behind-the-scenes video begins with a heart-fluttering scene between Park Ji Hoon and Kang Min Ah. However, the director states, “Let’s try it again. Don’t eat your hair.” Laughing, Kang Min Ah shares, “I wasn’t trying to purposefully eat it.” Kang Min Ah also adorably imitates how Park Ji Hoon waves his hand.
During the freshman orientation scene, Bae In Hyuk smiles quietly on the sidelines. Kang Min Ah shares, “I want to enjoy myself a little bit more, but I have to look after the first year freshmen, so I’m just clapping. Only Joon (Park Ji Hoon) is enjoying himself. Soo Hyun (Bae In Hyuk) and I are just clapping.”
Nonetheless, the making-of video captures Bae In Hyuk still having a good time by dancing wildly. Seeing the camera, he gets surprised and yells, “I got filmed!” Meanwhile, Kang Min Ah shares that they’ll get swept up in an incident while looking for students who’ve become drunk. She comments, “Alcohol is the problem.”
While filming Bae In Hyuk’s action scene, Kang Min Ah states, “Success in gaining control! Soo Hyun never has any energy and faints, but he does well in these situations.” The director points out that Soo Hyun’s father is a police officer, causing Kang Min Ah and Park Ji Hoon to add, “He learned self-defense!” The staff and actors mention how excited Bae In Hyuk is, and Kang Min Ah comments, “His dimple is showing again. He’s excited.”
After Kang Min Ah treats Park Ji Hoon’s wound, Kang Min Ah shares, “I said it’ll leave a scar, but it’ll disappear completely the next day.” In a different fight scene with Lee Woo Je, Kang Min Ah runs over to take care of Park Ji Hoon. She shouts, “Our baby!” Suddenly feeling sorry, Lee Woo Je states, “My heart is hurting.” Kang Min Ah continues to joke, “What are you doing to our child?”
Bae In Hyuk and Kang Min Ah advise Park Ji Hoon to use protection for his butt for when he’s pushed to the ground. Park Ji Hoon replies, “It has to hurt for the emotions to come out,” and the staff and actors tease that he’ll want to wear one after falling multiple times.
While Bae In Hyuk and Lee Woo Je practice the punching scene, Kang Min Ah seems to cheer for Lee Woo Je’s fist. She adds, “Cheon Kook (Yoo In Soo), what are you doing? What are you doing just standing around?” During the break, Kang Min Ah and Bae In Hyuk also talk about how weird it is to play the older characters, saying they were the youngest in the group not so long ago.
