Ji Sung And Kim Min Jung Put On A Friendly Facade To Hide Their Hostility In

The Devil Judge” unveiled stills of the first encounter between Ji Sung’s and Kim Min Jung’s characters!

The new drama is set in an alternate-universe, dystopian version of Korea where the entire nation participates in a trial through a live broadcast courtroom show. Ji Sung will star as Kang Yo Han, a head judge with mysterious intentions: is he a hero of the people in a world filled with chaos, or is he a devil who wears the mask of the law?

The head judge Kang Yo Han will kick off the drama by making a groundbreaking suggestion to the rotten, dystopian world.

One still image shows Kang Yo Han surrounded by reporters, indicating the high public attention on the judge. It’s no wonder he’s called celebrity judge as he walks through the crowd with a confident and unbothered attitude. At the podium, he exudes a charismatic aura and shows no signs of nervousness at all.

Jung Sun Ah (Kim Min Jung), the executive director of a social responsibility foundation, appears to be listening carefully to Kang Yo Han’s speech with a smile on her face, but her true aspirations remain hidden from view. She may have even devised a scheme to destroy Kang Yo Han already.

Kang Yo Han and Jung Sun Ah, enemies who are alike in some ways, are clinking their champagne glasses amid a tense atmosphere. Kang Yo Han is a judge who coyly uses the nation’s laws to fit his own needs, while Jung Sun Ah hides behind the facade of a social responsibility foundation and manipulates people in power as she likes.

The first episode of “The Devil Judge” is certain to keep viewers’ eyes glued to the screen as it showcases shocking developments and introduces the characters that will soon be engaging in a fierce battle against each other.

“The Devil Judge” premieres on July 3 at 9 p.m. KST.
